Grand Master Lim

Grand Master Chang Soo Lim established Rae’s Academy of Tae Kwon Do, (previously Lim’s Traditional Tae Kwon Do) in 1987. His knowledge, dedication and commitment to the art of Tae Kwon Do were instilled both mentally and physically into his students. After Grand Master Lim’s decision to change residence and move to Michigan, his diligent lessons in traditional Tae Kwon Do were continued by his most dedicated students: Gale Reichhart and John Nelson.

Gale Reichhart

Inspired by Grand Master Lim and her dedication to traditional Tae Kwon Do teachings, Gale Reichhart was co-owner of the Tae Kwon Do academy for 13 years. During this time, Mrs. Reichhart influenced and touched the lives of so many Tae Kwon Do practitioners. Today, Mrs. Reichhart continues to instruct, coach and inspirit our Black Belt students. Her legacy of wisdom and commitment to traditional Tae Kwon Do remains steadfast within our instructors and students today!

Ginger and Elysha

Ginger and Elysha Schneider, assumed ownership of the academy from their instructor, Gale Reichhart, in May of 2000. Both are driven by their love of the sport, passion for the advancement of traditional Tae Kwon Do and desire to share their traditional teachings with the next generation of Tae Kwon Do practitioners.

Mr. Steve

Istavan Kocsis moved to the United States six years ago. “Mr. Steve” began his Tae Kwon Do career at the age of eleven. For nine consecutive years (1989-1998) Mr. Steve was on the Hungarian National Team. We welcome him to our staff with enthusiasm and appreciation for his skills and knowledge of traditional Tae Kwon Do.
